The food was SO GOOD. We ordered late at night for takeout and it was incredible. The food was hot and warm and tasted amazing. We ordered the tikka masala, garlic and regular naan, and samosas. Everything was delicious.

I had this for dinner last night, I ordered the chicken tikka masala, samosas the garlic nann and regular nann. it arrived in a timely manner and was packed properly. Within minutes I devoured the whole thing and saved some for the morning, I ate it for breakfast and it was just as good. It is now the next day around lunch and I am sitting at my desk in my college math class and I can't stop thinking about getting more. My friend recommended me this place and now I will be going back whenever I have the opportunity and money to afford it. Lifelong customer for sure :)

Here I am here again. This time a carry out to take back to my office and eat. Samosa were nice and tasty, very tasty and fresh. I ate both of them .. hmm. The chicken tikka is absolutely amazing with medium spice. I'm ready for a nap now Rahul ( manager ) is really nice. He even told me he can drop off the food to my office on busy days since I work literally next door to the restaurant. Thanks so much

Food was amazing. A definite 10/10. I will be coming here a lot more often! The saag paneer was my favorite

Raul and his family have always taken care of us here. We had take out for dinner last night and I loved it! The spinach was creamy goodness. We also had the Bharta and Ali Gobi. The smoked flavor in the eggplant was delicious. Do your self a favor and eat here if you like Indian food.

Ordered takeout from here tonight. The owner couldn't have been nicer with our dairy sensitivity. Also all the food was excellent. I'm not a huge spicy food fan but New Delhi was perfect for me. The Naan was delectable and the Tikka masala was addicting. Seriously stop by if you're in the mood for great Indian food.

For many years this has been called a go to place for Indian food in Schaumburg, partly because it has a pretty good location in a busy area. It certainly is authentic, and you can get it mild or traditionally spicy. New Delhi used to have a buffet, and when it did it was better though. Hard to find these anymore with the sanitation concerns. The food is good but can get pricy for add ons such as naan and rice, which aren't included with the entrees which already are pricy. Came the last time at lunch. It wasn't busy, and the few customers in here were good friends with the owners. The service wouldn't have been a surprise if it had been pretty slow. But they took our orders and the food came out pretty fast. It's about $12 for the cheapest entrees, plus a few more bucks for naan or rice. Seems every Indian restaurant is now charging for these. I got the Chana Masala. This had a pretty good spice to it, and while it wasn't a huge portion it was enough for then. Other entrees can get pretty expensive. These can be $20 or even more. Good variety of classic Indian to choose from. It's closed Mondays. The food is made fresh with options for meat eaters and vegetarians.

This is a quiet and pleasant restaurant for a nice, relaxing Indian meal. I have frequented many Indian restaurants in my area, and love the cuisine. Before Covid, almost all of these restaurants offered a lunch buffet (including New Delhi). They were all great deals for the huge variety of food they offer. Most of those buffets are gone now, so when I want an Indian fix these days I usually just order takeout for dinner time. Despite how much I enjoyed those buffets, I always imagined that the hosts all wished we would try them for a nice sit down formal dinner. They always dress eloquently, and whenever I did choose to go to a restaurant for dinner, it always seemed upscale. Anyway, I had the urge for the spicy meal and I chose New Delhi. I had been to the lunch buffet here several times many years ago, but never for dinner. I went with Chicken Vindaloo with rice and plain naan bread. It was all delicious and just what I wanted. The naan bread, which I'm usually ambivalent about, was especially good. The people are nice, and I got plenty of water, which I like. I'll return here again.
